      <title>Why is it so hard and grueling to talk to anyone at EE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried and given up after I think 6 tries to talk to someone at EE this evening.&amp;nbsp; The one time I did get through to a human there was a very bad echo on the line it made talking impossible.&amp;nbsp; All other tries led to 0ne of the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system hanging up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system sending me a message I had to text something back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system continually giving options that no way matched my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being put in a phone queue that after 2 songs I gave up - lost the will to live!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It never used to be this hard to report a fault and ask for an quote for the service. I asked for a quote by e-mail 2 weeks ago and never received anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything used to be okay until we turned the landline off (3 days before they said they would and didn't inform me).&amp;nbsp; The cost EE is charging for a voice of ip service is much more than it should be.&amp;nbsp; The new router with the plug for the phone is not compatible with my mesh system so no more Wi-Fi in the back of the house ( of course I can have a wifi extender for an additional 10 pounds a month).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even trying to post on this forum was harder than it needed to be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best network for 25 years ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need to employ more humans in customer service.&amp;nbsp; Remember BT "it's good to talk"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5000130"&gt;@Vfedupwithee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Remember your not with BT but with EE, if you are on the new system with problems then send a text HELP to 66033, they can check it all out, there hub only.... GUIDE to 66033 and you should expect a call back from them!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE does NOT DO e-mail, so that is why you never got any reply for sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your mesh system should work, say what you have and how it is connected, had a full blown Asus AI wired/wireless mesh hanging on the back off an EE Smarthub 6+ and zero issues with it al all, until the FW updated it in Feb 2025 then some problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
