Hi @Pablo7607,

Welcome to the Community!

When you have broadband installed then there can be a settling period of up to 10 days, so this is may what is happening, but if you do continue to have issues then please feel free to reach out to our team, and they will be happy to help. Can I just double check if your broadband is with BT or EE?

Full Fibre no 10 day's settling in, but new Hub, new Wifi do watch what that is like, NO two hubs are the same..... See the link as you do not say what you have. All the EE is below, if BT go check there hub range.

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs

Different types of BT Hub | BT Help

Link below to the BT community Forum.

Welcome to BT’s official support community.
