topic Letter in Broadband & Landline

On May 16th I had a phone conversation regarding the news that a neighbor wants to terminate the contract and if I don't let EE know that I want to continue I will have to pay a certain amount. I called and made it very clear that I want to continue. Yesterday I found a letter in which you inform me of the same news and ask for my reaction. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU! So I am contacting you like this and letting you know that I do not want to cancel the contract. Hopefully this will be a clear enough answer and you will not ask me any further questions.

@Kristina0089 You have to call customer service about it, the Forum is public and EE will have no information at all from your posting. The call and follow up letter may just have been all out of sequence, but it is best you deal with it and NOT get cut off and terminate fee applied. Just call 150 on your landline or an EE mobile....

Some neighbour has applied for BB from some ISP but has given them the wrong, yours, addy. You need to call EE CS promptly & make it clear that you do not consent to your line being taken over.
