Hi, I’ve just ordered 1.6gb full fibre 5 days ago. I’ve downloaded the EE app and the estimated installation date said 1st June. But now it has changed to 14th July, which is 2 months after the order. No one said to me when I ordered that it would take 2 months? And also, I’ve tried to ‘manage appointment’ through the app and it just keeps spinning endlessly. Thanks

Do you currently have a FF Full Fibre at your home or is it yet to be installed, if no current FF the BTW may indicate why and what is to be done, see the link and if you post back hide your details Number and Postcode for the address. Also linked my table in another post if you need to take a look.

BT Broadband

Re: Hot and cold messages from EE/openreach is this usual? - The EE Community
