topic EE 1.6GB Wifi Extender Headache in Broadband & Landline

Hi,

Just recently signed up to the fastest EE home fibre plan and it's been great.....apart from the included wifi extender which came along with the smart hub router at the same time. The wifi extender was setup as directed and worked for around a week and then it started to flashing an orange light.

I repositioned the extender closer to the hub and it's never since connected despite me resetting both the router and the wifi extender, using the WPS button on both, using(as directed on this forum) the ethernet cable method which keeps a solid teal light, however once disconnecting the ethernet cable after 10 mins, and relocating the router and switching it back on I either get flashing orange or flashing teal light and noting else. I've been onto support several times only to be told to do all what I've just mentioned over and over again. I'd like a replacment wifi extender sent out as I've tried virtually everything possible my end, and it's not sat back in it's original box which is a bit pointless as the whole reason I signed upto EE 1.6gb is that:

A: I need a fast home connection

B: Need good wifi coverage in my home.

Please can someome from EE contact me and help with issuing a new wifi extender. I've only been with EE for a little over a month now.

Regards,

Michael.
