&lt;P&gt;When you say that the site glitched, did you enter the details for your current provider?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is just to make sure that the One Touch Switch to cancel your previous provider has gone through.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Advertised that EE will pay up to £300 to get out of an existing contract to switch to EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I claim it please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I placed the order I pressed switch and entered my details but the site kept glitching. So to progress the order I had to skip the switch part.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4536104"&gt;@Woz-84&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If everything was good with the OTS transfer, just follow the instructions that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4474025"&gt;@Michael_D&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sent linked to you, pay off the final bill amount to the other ISP, once that is all done and you have the conformation from your old ISP then start the switching claim for EE to credit the fee amount to your new EE Broadband. They will cover up to the £300 only so anything above that would not be covered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
