I am paying for UK’s fastest internet and getting the worst service. Sometimes slow sometimes even no internet on my WiFi device. App is on maintenance most of the time. I don’t know where to complain. Extremely disappointed

I cannot get full fibre in my area with any company. So EE offered me an in home hub with a sim card so I presume mobile Internet. I needed the Internet fast due to a house move and wanted to set my cameras up whilst I was between properties. Me and my children game and stream aswell as watch tv/films via firestick and netflix. The hub is a smart 5g hub fncf and I paid for this hub before my 1st bill came out. I check on the area for any issues and non are shown so wether itsjust my hub i don't know

I have had a look on there and when I have contacted some companies they don't have space on the server boxes in my area.

Sky, Vodafone, BT

But I did think of looking at MTH but I haven't heard of them so I went and looked with companies I had heard of.

This is all new to me as my ex husband was the one who sorted all the services etc out. So still learning 😊

You may not have any OR openreach availability as the address checker is throwing up as you posted... O2 is the strongest mobile for me, so returned back to them when i quit EE, it's all trial and error on the mobile side off things for sure, and do take all of the mobile checkers with a pinch off salt.

Do also check, you may have VM Virgin Media as a connection also in your area....
