I cancelled my contract within the 14 day cooling off period and have been requested to pay £339.97

I intend to submit this to the small claims court if EE do not accept this as an error.

Good luck! Have you attempted to settle this with EE? Courts expect you to.

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 6 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

@ia74 Did you actually say you didn’t want the contract as that’s using the 14 day cooling off period or did you just request it to be cancelled? These are 2 different things.

the cooling off period is for online and phone sales only not store purchases as you don’t get a cooling off period for store sales.
