I’m trying to set up my UniFi dream router with my EE FTTP, I’ve followed all in instructions in this guide and I still can’t get it to authenticate. I have a smart hub 2 at the moment that works fine with the service, but when connecting to the UniFi router I’m getting no service. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/using-and-configuring-a-third-party-router#article-heading-1

You may just have to do it that way with a web portal connection to the UDM first.

UDM-SE setup use this in a search to see what is required. If not connect the Wan to Lan off the EE Router and setup that way first, then adjust the UDM to suit.
