I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your phones, and I can understand your frustration. I'd recommend reaching back out to our team, and selecting the option to speak with a human instead of our text service, as this doesn't seem to be working for what you need.

Landline Fault

Having recently been transferred from Plusnet to EE I asked to keep my landline phones. Having two home landlines already I was sent a new phone with an adaptor. I set up the new phone in another room. Since this changeover I have had constant issues with all phones. If I am using one landline and someone is trying to call at the same time the new EE phone rings even though I am on a connecting phone. Once I get off the phone none of the phones will either ring out or receive calls until I disconnect the adapter and reboot the system. Trying to speak to someone is a nightmare. All the AI system does is tell you that after a test all your phones are working. I try to text : 'please ring me'. Of course Mr or Miss AI does not recognise the plight of the humble paying client. Anyone out there experiencing the same.
