I’m fuming at this price increase after only a year £8.87 in total ! And I’m tied in til next year !!
BT never raised their prices like this .. absolutely furious

Price increases are a feature of all of our contracts, but the amount that this increases can vary depending on what product you're using.

Just one thing to be aware of too - due to the way EE bills charge you for the month going ahead, your first bill after the increase may be a bit more than anticipated.

For example if your last bill was produced at the end of March, this would have charged you for most of April at the pre-increase rate.

As the increase takes effect from the first of April though, it technically means you would have underpaid for most of that month.

Therefore on the first bill after the increase you see two charges - the full price for the month going ahead including the

increase, and a part charge to make up for the amount you underpaid in the previous month.

@Sarah2026 Had you of still been with BT you’ll of got the same price increase.
