topic Promised download speeds in Broadband & Landline

I recently decided after 20 + years to switch from Talk Talk to EE one full fibre so I could incorporate my mobile contract and broadband in one place. Sadly since changing I have had no end of problems after engineers installed full fibre. Promised downloads speeds range from 20 Mb to a measly 60 if that. I was told by the engineers that as they had to install full fibre at the rear of my house that they would send a request to Ee to issue an extender. That comment itself did not fill me with reassurance!. I run speed tests which confirm there is a problem and advise I contact EE at a cost!!. No sorry this is not acceptable... I've started a new contract which is not delivering what was promised. Please fix as the problem is getting me more and more agitated!.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

What speeds show when running the speedtest in the app, which will show both the raw BB speed to the router & the speed to the device from which it run?
