      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently cancelled my broadband (without landline) with EE and went back to BT to get Home Essentials. EE charged me for a whole month but have now credited my former broadband account because I left on the 14th. Will the credit in my account automatically be paid into my bank account or do I have to request it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DortheH&lt;/P&gt;</description>
