I have moved over from BT to EE, So far worst mistake I have ever made.

The buffering while streaming is a nightmare. I am streaming the usual Netflix, Disney and Youtube via my Sky box. I have reset my Smart Hub, tested the connection through the EE app and had them restart my hub. EE state no issues in my area.

Anybody have any suggestions to fix such issue, Its becoming impossible to watch anything.

Well yes, new router aswell as I don't have full fibre before only fibre to cab.

The router is in the exact same place. Hard wired to the sky box to stream the services.

With this much buffering I am now questioning the move I was going to make to the EE TV service.

On an EE FF 900mb/s ethernet connected there should be zero buffering issues. Something else is going on. I have on 5th Nov moved from a 40/10 fttc to a 500mb/s FF, and do not see any streaming, download or anything speed related. New FF ont, swapped cable, same router as before, exactly same network. Have a look at the link, and if you still have your BT router, feel free to put it back on the network, it will work fine....

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs
