Had full fibre installed September last year, moving from a trouble free copper line. Paying for 900mbps, however I've had nothing but bother with the service. I'm on my second router which still isn't right and also have issues with the pro 7 extenders where 1 is recognised but not the other. If I reset them it will recognise the most recent 1. Had an engineer out who switched off the 6ghz channel so now WiFi 7 doesn't work and I'm now having to connect as a guest on WiFi 6. Also the app no longer connects to the router so I can't even get in to view setting etc. gutted that it's turned out like this as I expected a better service than my copper wire provided, how wrong I was there. Complaint is ongoing but over 2 weeks without a peep from EE!!
