I think I'm going to have to return the BB at this rate, it's been 13 days and I have been experiencing exactly same thing, the most annoying thing is that I work fully at home and it frustrates me on daily basis, the bot keep telling me my network is fine and no one is picking calls , always on waiting. Its so frustrating

My EE broadband has had some ridiculously long disconnects… just before it took EE a week to send someone from OpenReach to check it out, the router constantly flashed yellow. By now it keeps on disconnecting for longer times at night or in the day, and then reconnecting again, always with the yellow colour… what do i do? it took them a really long time to send someone over and i have no idea if it was even fixed properly if the Broadband keeps on doing this…

If the colour is changing on the router then there is a physical issue which needs to be fixed and likely will require an engineer, EE will be able to tell you which kind of engineer is needed however it would likely be Openreach, who generally are available during the week

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? Flashing yellow indicates a v. old style EE router.
