OFCOM don't handle individual complaints. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider.

So you get the contract renewal letter and although more last time you try to start the new contract.

phone up and after 2 calls and 1 1/2 hours of pain, they admit that the letter they sent must be wrong as they cannot start the contract at that price (£36) but offer is at £47!!

try to escalate as you have a letter with the price and no manager is available and get told maybe go into a store and see if they can help.

What is happening, scamming existing customers!

have raised a complaint and see where it goes, also sent it all to ofcom, for false advertising.
