Dear EE Team,

Please state how I would terminate internet contract as I have sold my property and will not be taken your internet services with me?

I have tried using your customer services however because you us AI automation for it all it is not helpful and it has taken away the human contact for following question. Same goes with you contract T&C and how you have automated everything not helpful at all.

Please confirm notice need to give you when etc? I sense it will be easier for me to send you a letter with information than to call your customer service line. Anyway please respond in regards to how a customer contacts EE to terminate their internet provider as they are moving and not taking this service with them? Also will the customer be penalised because sold/moved property during the contract term period. The contract will end in I think mid May 2027? I think this is also a stupid condition you have in place if you do have this because a customer is moving.

Regards
Nonamethanks

As you no longer want any BB at your location nor move it elsewhere, to cancel your EE BB & Home Phone you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice. As you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term.

You did have the opportunity to make use of EE's Home Move policy but you decided not to. Hence the liability to pay Early Termination Fees.
