@EEZAGOOD Worth checking that the stick is able to get the wifi signal on the Firestick, use the extension cable that came with it, has this just happened as an existing stick working before, or just a new connection.

Always found the Ethernet connection unit to the stick worked great, but depends on were everything is placed and a Firestick away on a remote TV is never good to work.

Just changed from gofibre too EE on Friday and so far EE is poor.

@EEZAGOOD Then it's going to be either the hub you are using for the wifi strength or the data stream over the connection from EE server's to your Firestick. You don't say what EE Hub you are using or anything else about the connection, not easy to advise which way to go. You do also have the 14 day's to return to your old ISP if you need that.

Unless you say what you had from GoFibre there is just no way to compare, you could have had the Rolls Royce of packages with them and dropped to the bargain basement with EE.

On your Fire TV Stick, have a look in settings and then network. Select the network with the play key. You can do a speed test there to see if it looks good. Also go to advanced and see what it says under network quality on the right. Signal strength is probably the most relevant one to look at first.
