      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody having slow speeds and buffering at peak ish times like 5 to 8 pm , or after 10 pm , or midday ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;EE don’t seem bothered and also I’d like to know how to switch BB provider as my contract ends soon .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may also Report a Problem there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line &amp;amp; see what needs doing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router &amp;amp; WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly &amp;amp; they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill, using the One Touch Switch (OTS) process. This will auto cancel your contract with EE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks . My contract is Fibre 36 , been slow and suffered lots of buffering . Any advice welcome . I’ve got 2 boosters in my house . Thankfully contract with EE finishes soon !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
