Hi, yeah that was what happens to me. never got past spinning circles in any browser, seems to be security related. When i had bt I could go into settings and do some maintenance on the copious amounts of old and unkown devices. I have lots of children in care coming thought our household so have to be ultra viglilant on what devices are accessing our network. When you use the EE app everything takes for ever even if you get past the Error messages. Every time you delete a device it refreshes all devices and takes you back to the top of the list 😞 The BT website allowed you to list all devices in an easy to view list and delete the ones that were not required. Was hoping the ee website allowed the same due to their close relationship with BT, Got to be the worst APP in history for such a big company. Must admit not used it for some time as it was so painfull. And dont get me started on the rubbish guest network functionality which was the reason why i swapped from BT. did a check tonight on 192.168.1.254, got to enter admin password then same old spinng circle.

I Had this issue so followed instructions here which got me into the hub via browser but when i select an option that requires an admin password in just hangs forever. doesnt even time out. Its the right password as it complains if not. I just need to use browser to manage over one hundred devices on the system which the majority are old, duplicate or unused. Trying to remove them via app is painful and takes forever to refresh after every delete which then refreshed the list and takes me back to the top of list. App really is useless. I've tried more than one browser.
