What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Flashing Purple could mean the router is connected to the wrong type of BB. To what is the router connected to & from which router port?

I moved into a new house this week.

Told EE, got the broadband moved over to the new address. Had the text this morning to say service should be active etc.

I was told when moving the service over I would not need a new router and should plug it in to the new address the day before the services resume.

The router seems to just be flashing purple with no connection on any devices.

any suggestions?
