      <title>Fibre broadband disruption</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I live on a remote island which has just had fibre broadband connectivity installed. &amp;nbsp;This has been damaged and most of the island including myself are left without any connection. &amp;nbsp;I am using my 4G and my children are using their hotspot to access gaming and connecting with friends etc. &amp;nbsp;I am concerned about my bill. &amp;nbsp;I cannot log on to check this, or pay my most recent bill due to the site being down. &amp;nbsp;I have been told that the major fault with the broadband may not be fixed for some time and compensation is due. I also need to find out how to pay my bill?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
