I did not at the start of my broadband account sign a direct debit. So I want you to send me a copy of my current bill

@LaurenceMaguire : No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

You should receive texts &/or emails telling you your bill is ready & you may view your bills thro' your EE a/c.

I'm not sure of the connexion between not having a direct debit and not getting a bill, but when signed in have you tried:
