topic email failures in Broadband & Landline

Last weekend (15th March) emails to my wife (@btbroadband) could not receive my emails but others on another network and companies emails were being received. Nor can she receive emails from daughter BUT I do get her emails. Prior to this she was getting emails saying her Apple account was being deleted - she doesn't have one but I do so they were binned unopened. I cannot see anything in the 'blocked' area suggesting that she has been blocked. Has anyone had this problem?

This is about another person's issue with receiving their BT emails but no other details of their circumstances & products are provided, making it difficult to even guess where the problem may lay.

Who is your wife's BB with? Who is your BB with. Who is your email provider?

What has she put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in her Mail app, obscuring her name?

Thank you. We are both using @btinternet.com but it was eventually found that the whole BT domain was blocked in her account, possibly following last week's spam emails. So problem resolved.
