No, it shouldn't do as long as you are pinging its local internal IP, 192.168.1.x .

Try pinging other devices on your network.

EE seems to be down here according to their status page - 24 hour outage potentially.

What's puzzling me is that our internal network is down as well. I run Home Assistant and can't even ping the IP address for that.

We have an SH20A

Does this sound right?

Yup. It's working. All the devices are ZigBee. So lights come on and go off with sensors. The only thing I have to do manually is put the house into night mode so the lights don't come on in the bedroom when you get up for a wee. So I've had to hide the sensory.

But... Nothing in the house that is reliant on WiFi works. I should at least be able to ping internal devices. But they all just come up as unreachable. I can't connect to 192.168.1.254 - the router - either.

@AndyJ67 Is the EE Hub still showing as wifi connected but with the ! exclamation mark for no Internet access on the device that is connected? Would try the web manager http://192.168.1.254 and see if you can get to the hub that way both wireless wifi and also wired Ethernet if you have something you can connect to the Hub with.
