It's up to you to payoff VM with the exit fees you owe them. Then you may claim up to £300 of exit fees from EE with supporting evidence. The amount awarded will be credited to your EE a/c within 28 days of your claim being approved.

Hi.

Ive just moved over from Virgin media to EE, was told my exit fees would be transferred over to EE.

Spoke with Virgin media yesterday as I now have a £600 exit fee that they've told me I need to sort with EE so they can pay it etc but honestly have no idea how I do this?

Am I having to just call up EE or is there any other way I can do this as I don't want to be billed a large amount when EE was meant to sort it?

Thank you
