I’m having an issue on one device only (Windows PC) that refuses to connect to my EE Network. I’ve tried reinstalling windows, using Ethernet and a WiFi dongle. This happened randomly while not using the computer. Help is appreciated.

I’m using Smart Hub 6 Plus. I don’t know the brand of the adapter, but I know it’s not the problem as it connects to other networks. The Ethernet cable is detected, but has no internet. I’ve used several different Ethernet cables. My likely conclusion is that my computers MAC address is being blocked by EE (for some reason).

Is the PC windows based, if so what does the Ethernet properties show once connected to the EE hub, and you leave it at least for a minute, does it get an IP or anything in the properties fields of the hub DHCP server.

Use the web manager on the pc, browser and http://192.168.1.254 and see if it opens up the connection to the hub.

You also may want to look at the parental controls that it has not been blocked off the network connection by mistake!
