My smart hybrid connect won’t pair with my main hub, they both turn aqua and the wifi works for two seconds then it starts flashing and turns off. What do I do ? Now it’s flashing green on the big one and red on the hybrid connect. Iv tried restarting it and it does the same thing several times.

Pictures will say or you can look at the label on the actual hub or the box it came in.

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs

Your 4G bars, they are all 3 lit up and steady operation 3 SOLID blue is the correct for a GOOD strong mobile 4G signal?

@Helen311 - to confirm, have you tried: -

Factory resetting both your hub and the Hybrid Connect unit by inserting something into the reset pinhole at the rear of the device for 30s or so and waiting a few minutes for it to reset/reboot.

Connect the two units using an Ethernet cable between LAN ports. Leave in this configuration for everything to hopefully settle/go steady aqua.

Remove the LAN cable and wait 5 mins or so for everything to hopefully settle again/go steady aqua.

Relocate the Hybrid unit where you want it, power it back up and wait another 5 mins or so for everything to hopefully settle again/go steady aqua.

In short: starting from a clean factory reset state and using wired, rather than wireless pairing, is your best bet of success.
