If you are FF Full Fibre connected on a OR connection just setup your needed device direct on the ONT, at least you can get one item online!

I switched to EE from Virgin via the one touch switch and was promised that the transition would be seamless. I took out the deal on Thursday and was told it would be active the next day. Virgin media cut my services on Friday morning saying it was on the notification from EE. However EE told me the equipment might not be delivered by Royal Mail until Monday. I was told it was royal mails fault and not EEs but I didn’t want my services cancelled before having a new one in place which I was promised won’t happen. I have been without internet for a day now and had to take day off work without pay as I’m unable to work without internet. All these providers are the same. Greedy money grabber with no **bleep**ing empathy and empty promises. Absolutely disgusting service
