&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there are no lights at all on the hub, it usually means it’s not getting power.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you check to make sure the power cable is firmly plugged in at both the hub and the wall.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It’s also worth testing another device in the same socket to make sure the socket is working, and trying a different plug socket just in case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there are still no lights after that, please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with our customer support team&lt;/A&gt;, who will be able to run through some more checks to help further.&lt;/P&gt;
