The following from CoPilot may help

1. Check device region settings
On Android:
Settings → System → Languages & input → Languages → ensure English (United Kingdom) is at the top.
Settings → System → Region → set to United Kingdom.
On iPhone:
Settings → General → Language & Region → Region = United Kingdom.
2. Check Google/Apple account region
This is the most common cause when websites and apps behave inconsistently.
• Google Play
Go to Play Store → Profile → Settings → General → Account & device preferences → Country/Profiles.
If it shows Netherlands, switch to UK (you may need a UK payment method).
• Apple ID
Settings → Your Name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Country/Region → Change to UK.

Hi

Small problem - I'm trying to access gardenersworld.com on my phone via home EE wifi. It defaults to gardenersworld.nl (Dutch version of website). On my laptop, connected to the same wifi, I can access gardenersworld.com as normal. When I use my phone and turn wifi off, using EE mobile data, I can access the gardenersworld.com website.

It seems to be something to do with my phone and the wifi connection together, but it's only the gardenersworld.com website where it seems to be defaulting to Dutch. Any ideas anyone?

I've cleared cookies - no change. I'm out of ideas!

Hi @thomas1986.

Welcome to the community.

As this is happening on your phone when you’re on Wi‑Fi, it may be caused by something temporary on the device.

Could you try restarting your phone to clear the cache?
It’s also worth trying a different browser on the phone to see if the .com version loads normally there.

If you're still having issues after trying those steps, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can take a closer look.
