    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just upgraded my ee package to 900mb with WiFi extenders on friday 27th Feb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both extenders are not working as they are not syncing with the WiFi. They connect for a short period and then disconnect within 10-15 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also checked my speed of my WiFi and it is still currently at 81mb when I was advised by the engineer that it would take 1 day for the speed to upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am paying more monthly, but I'm not getting what I'm paying for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I upgraded my package initially, I was advised that I had to sign a new 2 year contract to get the WiFi extenders, yet you're not honouring your part of the contract of which I agreed. As is this a new contract, i was told I have 14 days to cancel, which I am now going to have to do as this is ridiculous service and I have spent majority of my weekend trying to sync the WiFi to the extenders. REASON WHY I GOT EXTENDERS MY HOUSE ROBBED LAST SUNDAY AND I COULD NOT GET MY GARDEN SECURITY FOOTAGE AS THE SIGNAL DROPPED AT THAT TIME.&amp;nbsp; EVERYONE GO TO VIRGIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
