I'm trying to get faster download speeds for remote access to my Synology NAS. I've configured port forwarding on the Smart Hub 7 Plus but it still shows closed when checking. Synology say the ISP could be preventing this if they use Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT). Does anyone know if EE/BT use this?

Thanks. People seem to be having a lot of troubles with this!

I'm on r3.35.24-R-1648110-PROD-84001, which I believe is latest FW, from your other post.

Can't see a solution in that thread?

btw - I don't get error messages; it all looks good in the rule and saves OK. NAS has Static IP.
