Two-factor authentication can't be turned off once it's already activated. If users are regular, they might not see it as much.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;You could try &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/registration-setup/about-passkeys" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;adding a Passkey&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:inherit;"&gt; to make it a little easier to log in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone reading this do NOT go down the passcodes adding feature as advised by EE above on the post, it's a complete pain on a device that does not have the method's required for the security needed with the additional and still directs to phone code request's.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As still working through this and NOT sure if EE are doing anything about it, so far added passkey's to laptop did not really resolve the issue, setup and added passkey to mobile, and so far laptop is now logging on again option free so far and 100% improvement, have just got to check the other device which is my desktop for operation on the same community Forum connection!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
