    <description>Thank you for your reply. I really did everything what was possible to resolve this problem. I lost the Internet yesterday and there is no way to contact a support team.&amp;nbsp; The light is green.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, since yesterday I don't have an Internet. I tried to contact a support team but it seems it is impossible to call them. Only way is to send a text message to 66033. I did that, but there is no answer for hours, no one acknowledged my text message, no one called me back. What do I do? How do I contact them ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may also Report a Problem there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router &amp;amp; WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you, I really did that, the system keep sending me to the text message system which doesn't answer since yesterday. I can't get through to the real person to report problem with broadband. Is there any other solution?</description>
