topic True Static IP in Broadband & Landline

Hi,

Just wondering if there is any way EE can assign a true static IP address? I have just moved over recently from Vodafone and now having issues with certain services due to the lack of static IP. I cannot really find a lot online other than people saying its not possible unless moving to a business account or an additional charge? I would be happy going either route to be honest, but just wondered if it was a possibility or not before going down that road. I am under 2 weeks having the service so would genuinely consider cancelling if possible if I cannot sort it out.

Thanks for any help 🙂

You won't get a static public IP from EE. All EE's public IPs are dynamic, taken from a pool, albeit pretty sticky.
