    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes! Having the same issue, I’ve called multiple times and every time I’m told it will be fixed the same day, I’m now 7 days without WiFi. Unacceptable. They sent me a mini hub to ‘tie me over’ until it’s sorted, but this cannot be a long term fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else still experiencing no broadband connection on the higher speed 1.6gb?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had no service since Friday evening and was told Friday night there are aware of the situation and it would be sorted asap. I phoned yesterday (Sat) and again was told it should be back on by that evening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it's Sunday morning and still no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else in same the boat?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or you may just even have a bad line now, the text to EE is HELP to 66033 sit back and have it all checked out from there end!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
