topic Date for FFTP in Broadband & Landline

We have full fibre cables to the telegraph pole outside of our house but no idea when the last 30 m of full fibre cable will be connected to the property. It seems to be imposible to get any dates from EE or BT Openreach except sometime in 2026. Other suppliers, Virgin, are saying that if we switch contracts it is available with them but I don't believe this is true. How about a bit of transparency for the customers.

Haven't you been given an installation date?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your address? Post the whole table, the text below it and the line above it, blanking out your address.

Hi JimM11, thanks for the reply.

I checked the BT site that you suggested which told me:

The cabinet that I am connected to.

The speed for FTTP on demand 300 Mbps

That FFTP is not available for my property

That my local exchange is not a FFTP exchange .

The exchange is not in a current fibre priority programme.

You have to ask why dig up all of our pavements when there were no solid plans for upgrading the exchange.
