We ordered EE broadband ages ago and had some issues so it was canceled out, now we want to re sign up it won't let us sign up and says we have an order in process. But we canceled it back in April and had confirmation of it being canceled.

I have the same problem Want upgrade to FF placed 3 orders with customer services and still no active order. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone and sadly customer service have not been able to sort out the problem.

Never had a problem upgrading packages when I was BT customer but his is now becoming a serious problem. You get passed about from team to team and get told all is sorted but still no order gets processed. Getting to the point were I will just leave it until I am at the end of my contract because I have already been told that I will have to upgrade to FF then . So it will be EE problem then not mine
