Full Fibre not available at new property

Only half way through 24 month EE full fibre broadband only package. Shortly downsizing to Flat. Only Copper to Fibre available. Q1: Can I cancel contract since service speed is not available. Q2: If I have to take EE package with me will I still have to pay same, even though service inferior (need fast speeds since still practice as Graphic Designer and handle large picture files). Q3: Does moving house kickstart new contract (ie locks me in to inferior service for another two years? Several contradictions in advice.

1. No, it was your choice to move while within committed contract term.

2. Whatever price EE offers. Should be the same or lower.
