Not sure I entirely understand what you're saying and also not sure which version of the app I'm on (where do you check?), but I was prompted to update last week. The app used to show which devices were connected to which wifi extender and the signal strength of some of those devices (Excellent, Very good etc). Very useful, assuming it was accurate. Now it doesn't.

I used to be with BT before forced to migrate to EE and I seem to remember that when setting up a wifi extender you could use the app to see the strength of the signal as you moved around the house. Now you can't so it's entirely hit and miss.

Shouldn't this be easier?

I'm on android.

Anyone else updated to the latest version 5.77.0 and facing this issue?

Seemingly since the update, the app now not showing all WiFi devices that are connected to the router. If the existing connected devices are forgotten in the app, they will not show up again. Admin page of router does show all WiFi devices connected. Same bug on Android and iOS! Same issue on smart hub pro and smart hub 7 plus routers. Routers factory reset and app clean installed on android and iOS.

There is even a windows version if you need it also!
