      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to log in via the app or the website I get a page that says “Sorry there seems to be a problem”. On the odd occasion I actually manage to get in (like now) and I try to check my bill (because I’ve just had a text saying my bill is ready) it won’t let me view my bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? I’ve shut phone down a number of times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Only two days in and not super impressed tbh!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to view your bill? Do you see any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am sorry you are experiencing these issues, I completely understand how frustrating this must be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is happening when you try and connect to the internet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what is showing at the top of your phone? 4g, 5g, H+ etc?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
