    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once again I am without a connection - this dropped 15 times I know of yesterday and so far today 12 more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had these problems for the past two years at this address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Engineers have been many times, new routers, nothing seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one is prepared to speak to me about this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have email and phone numbers for Head of Consumer Operations, and Directors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I will use the above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm disappointed to hear that your issue has been going on for quite a while without resolution. We'll always aim to get things sorted, but sometimes if it's complex then this can take some investigation to get right.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can totally understand your frustration if you're feeling like there hasn't been sufficient ownership taken here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In these sort of situations, we would always recommend raising this directly as a complaint with our complaints team, as outlined in our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/help/terms-and-conditions/regulatory/ee-complaints-code-of-practice-march-2024.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;complaints code of practice&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This outlines our escalation process, and will make sure we've done all we can to come to the best resolution possible.&lt;/P&gt;
