1.6gb fibre keeps losing connections

Wireless and Ethernet effected, doesn't happen all day long, but enough to notice it when gaming or streaming.

Lights never change on the hub , and reconnects just as quick but seriously annoying, I don't think iv met anyone on here who has a perfect experience with this fibre package, and I refuse to fork out for an after market router, what are my options as its annoying the hell out of me now lol

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your connection, and I can absolutely understand your frustration with this.

I'd recommend reaching out to our broadband team, and they will be able to look into why this is happening, and work to get this fixed for you.

@JimM11 : I can only think it was local IPv6's. I would've thought these are allowable.

It was the Mac IDs maybe of the devices, narrowed it down to the wifi 7 devices, connection drops when it bounces between 5ghz and 6ghz which is a shame, turned off 6ghz and now working fine again. such a rubbish router

@j33tco You have disconnected the smart wireless Extender from the system just in case it was causing you an issue, the 6Ghz is used for the high speed backhaul on those devices!
