      <title>Wi-Fi extender not working so poor connection in house</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved over from BT to EE 6 months ago and since then haven’t had regular Wi-Fi service throughout house, have had replacement Wi-Fi extender, visit from EE engineer and numerous calls and chat sessions with EE to fix the issue but nothing has been resolved. Getting very frustrated with the service and seem to just be going around in circles, waiting for 2nd replacement Wi-Fi extender but not convinced this will resolve the problem, any advice out there??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4920858"&gt;@Byfieldp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do you actually need the extender? &amp;nbsp; Is the hub and extender to close to each other as this can effect the WiFi signal from the extender. &amp;nbsp; Is the extender close to any other electrical equipment? &amp;nbsp; Ie TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
