    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2285429"&gt;@HellieB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are you sure that you were given two Routers, and not one router and the other a smart wireless extender?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the packaging boxes there will be model numbers if you care to look and post those back!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to return anything just go to the help and type in returns and follow, but keep a note off any serial&amp;nbsp; numbers, receipts off posting and put a note in with all your details regarding the unexpected return to EE!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When my broadband was installed a few weeks ago I was given two routers (hubs?) and I only need one. Can I return the additional one nd if so, where?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
