      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I was sold full fibre recently but having slow connection (was told I would never have this). Now I’ve looked on the app and found if you have your fibre connected through a socket, this is part-fibre, not full. If this is correct, have I been mis-sold? Could this be why I’m experiencing problems? How do I get what I’m paying for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
