You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider.

I was told to switch from BT to EE because of some merger. I pay for the top line broadband because I work from home and stream music and tv. I have had nothing but faults since they came. I have had dozens of engineers in the flat, outside the flat (none of them take their shoes off), checking the same thing (they clearly have no CRM system), asking the same questions, and fixing nothing. The service cuts on and off several times a day. This interrupts tv, films, music and business meetings. This is unacceptable. What's more, EE say they will deduct from my bill when I have no service but my bill is always the same: £48 per month. THIS HAS TO STOP. What if I cut off my payments as much as your broadband gets cut off? Now I can't even find where to cancel this horrible so-called service. Fix this problem people - the last engineer said to get a new router...so send one!!!! Why didn't he order one? Why can't they fix this...all the wires are perfect in the house. It's the service that is rubbish. I've had it.

Call EE CS and have them deal with the request and everything should be logged on your account notes for them to look at as well as the Engineer reports from there findings!

As for the rest, if they have no protective footwear with them then just refuse entry to the home! You may also be better to look at a Business Line from EE, but it will cost way more than you are currently paying! Working from home gives you no additional support on a domestic supplied service!

If you wish to cancel then you need to call EE direct or OTS to another supplier, in contract you also have to pay upfront the cancellation fee's that EE will apply!

Contact Us To Request Technical Support for Broadband and Landline | EE

How Do I Cancel My Broadband or TV Plan? | Profile Help | EE
