The WiFi no longer turns on, I’ve checked to see if the cables are still working but they were all good. Dunno how it doesn’t work when it’s getting power

You sure you haven't turned the hub light OFF?

Do Ethernet connected devices stay working?

Post your full router stats:

For a SmartHub: login and go to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information. Obscure your names & any numbers in the BB Username & also the SSIDs. Also post the Home > Status page.

@Rooepoes You are also able to disable the wireless wifi ssid on the hub as well as the light status just in case you have done both!
